Matt graduated in the UK with a RICS-accredited BSc (Hons) degree in Real Estate. He subsequently continued his professional training in Türkiye, obtaining his MYK Level 5 Responsible Real Estate Consultant qualification and completing Real Estate Consultancy Training. This combination of British education and Turkish professional training provides clients with the reassurance of working with someone who understands both property markets, values professional standards and places great importance on clear, straightforward communication.

Having developed his knowledge of the Kalkan property market firsthand, Matt has built an extensive understanding of the area's neighbourhoods, property ownership procedures and local developments. Over the years, he has also established a trusted network of property professionals, alongside strong relationships with local property owners.
