Matt & Co Property is not a chain. We live here, we buy here, we build here, and we care about every home we work with. Based in Kalkan, we are a small, hands-on team working across property sales, holiday rentals, construction, renovation and maintenance through our three trading names: Buy Kalkan, Book Kalkan and Build Kalkan.

How We Work
We list fewer properties than many agencies in Kalkan because we only take on homes we genuinely believe in. Every property is visited, every owner is spoken to, and nothing appears on our site until we understand the details a buyer is likely to ask about later.
On the construction and renovation side, we work in the same careful way. We take on a limited number of projects each year, from general improvement work to Old Town restorations, hillside villas and smaller developments. Most importantly, we focus on finishing each one properly before moving on to the next.
When a Matt & Co buyer wants to let their property for a few weeks each year, Book Kalkan can step in to manage the holiday rental side. From buying, to building, to booking, everything stays connected within the same small family team.
